Ordering & payment

Use the live configurator to pick your machine size, controller, spindle and add-ons. Your price updates as you build. When you are happy, add it to the cart and check out — no account required to place an order.

All major credit cards, PayPal and financing through our checkout partners. Payments are processed by secure third parties — we never store full card numbers.

Reach out to support as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered the build queue we can adjust or cancel it. Once a made-to-order machine is in production, changes may not be possible.

Yes. We have programs for schools, makerspaces and volume buyers, plus offers for military and first responders. Contact our team with your requirements for a quote.

Shipping & delivery

We ship across Canada and the US, and to many countries worldwide. Rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Most machines ship within 1–4 weeks depending on model and stock. See our live lead times for the latest estimate on every product.

For international orders, import duties and taxes where applicable are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, and you can follow status any time from your account.

Most makers are carving in under an hour. Rails and gantry ship preassembled — you mount, square and connect, then you are cutting.

With the Redline HD controller, no. It has built-in CAM software and a 15″ touch display. The Standard controller runs from your PC.

Wood, MDF, plastics, foam and aluminum. With the right bits, feeds and speeds you can tackle a huge range of materials.

Yes — spindle, laser, rotary and ATC are officially supported and designed to drop in with minimal setup. The frame never changes.

Software & support

Everything lives on our Manuals & downloads page — assembly guides, controller software, firmware and quick-start docs for every machine and accessory.

Download the latest firmware from the Manuals page, copy it to a USB drive and follow the update instructions in the controller guide. The whole process takes a few minutes.

Our North American support team is available by email and through the contact page. There is also an active community forum where thousands of makers share builds and answers.

Warranty & returns

Elite machines carry a 5-year warranty; the Apprentice carries 2 years; accessories carry 1 year. All backed by North American support. See the full warranty policy.

Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue, plus photos or video where possible. We may ask for basic troubleshooting before approving a replacement.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom builds and consumables may be non-returnable. See our terms for details.
