Onefinity warrants that its CNC machines and officially supported accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period applicable to your product. Elite machines carry a 5-year warranty; the Apprentice carries a 2-year warranty. Accessories carry a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
The warranty covers structural components, motion hardware (rails, ball screws and bearings) and electronics that fail under normal, intended use. If a covered part fails, we will repair or replace it at our discretion at no charge for parts.
The warranty does not cover normal wear items (such as bits, brushes and belts), damage from misuse, accident, modification, improper installation or operation outside published specifications, or consumables. Use of non-supported third-party components may void coverage on affected parts.
Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos or video where possible. We may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting before approving a replacement. Approved warranty parts ship to the original purchaser at the registered address.
